GBalance is a finance app developed independently by 刘罡, who owns the intellectual property in full. This notice states who owns it, what the license allows, and the legal limits. Read it and follow it. Email support@gbalance.gunlabs.cn.

Copyright is held by 刘罡.
- The intellectual property in GBalance and its software, documents, design, logo, and marks belongs to 刘罡, an independent developer.
- The copyright runs from 2025 through the present, and it keeps being updated.
- No person or organization may use, copy, modify, or distribute the software or related content without written permission from the copyright holder.
The scope includes software code.
- This covers software code, including application source, algorithms, data structures, and the technical implementation.
- UI includes layout, icons, colors, and interaction design.
- Documents include manuals, API docs, and help.
- Brand includes the GBalance name, logo, icon, and other brand visuals.
The license forbids reverse engineering.
- Personal, non-commercial use: you may download and use GBalance for your own finances, and not for a commercial purpose.
- No reverse engineering: you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise try to obtain the source code.
- No redistribution: you may not repackage, distribute, or publish GBalance on another platform without permission.
- No trademark misuse: you may not use the GBalance name, logo, or a confusingly similar mark for promotion or misleading claims.
Some open-source components keep their own licenses.
- GBalance uses some open-source components and third-party services. Those components keep their original licenses and copyright notices.
- Third-party services include the Apple App Store, cloud storage, and analytics.
- Copyright in those components stays with their owners, and we follow their licenses.
- The list of open-source components is on the About screen in the app settings.
We respond to an infringement notice.
- If we find infringement of GBalance intellectual property, we may seek a legal remedy.
- If you believe GBalance infringes your rights, email support@gbalance.gunlabs.cn. We handle the notice after we receive it.
- Process: you send an infringement notice, we check it, we reply within 3 business days, and we take the steps that are needed.
The software is provided as is.
- GBalance is provided as is. We do not warrant fitness, accuracy, reliability, or completeness, express or implied.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage from using or being unable to use the software.
- You use the software at your own risk, and you are responsible for how you use it.
