GBalance auto-renewal membership agreement

Read this agreement before you subscribe to GBalance auto-renewal membership. Confirming a subscription in the App Store, or continuing to use membership, means you understand and accept these terms. Email support@gbalance.gunlabs.cn.

Membership uses auto-renewal.

GBalance membership is a paid auto-renewal subscription. It unlocks extras such as sync across devices, smart plans, and looking back through history.
Membership starts when you place the order in the Apple App Store and pay with your Apple ID.
Membership works alongside the ordinary account. Subscription status does not change who owns the ledger data or whether you can still open it.

You can buy with an appAccountToken.

You can subscribe without signing in, using an anonymous identity (appAccountToken). Keep that identifier so you can restore the purchase.
When you want to keep the subscription after you sign in, use the in-app subscription binding flow to move the anonymous subscription to the current account.
If Apple says the order is already bound to another account, anonymous restore asks you to sign in first (SubscriptionRequiresAccountLogin).

Apple charges the next period within 24 hours.

Membership renews automatically. Within 24 hours before the period ends, Apple charges the next period to your Apple ID.
To stop automatic renewal, turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
After a successful renewal, Apple sends a receipt by email or on the device. The App Store receipt is the record of the charge.

You can cancel renewal yourself.

You can review status, change the plan, or cancel renewal in your Apple ID settings at any time. The developer cannot cancel it for you.
After you cancel renewal, membership lasts until the end of the current billing period, then returns to the basic version. It does not end early.
If you want to subscribe again after that, open the subscription entry in the App Store.

Apple handles refunds.

If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Apple handles payment, receipts, and refunds. If a charge looks wrong, ask through App Store support.
The developer can share usage records and technical notes, and cannot charge or refund you directly.

Do not resell membership.

Membership is for the subscribing account only. Do not resell, rent, or share it.
If we see abnormal use, unauthorized modification, or a break of the applicable law, the developer may pause membership and may seek a remedy.
Membership features may change as the app changes. We announce material changes ahead of time, on the site or by email.

Personal data follows the Privacy Policy.

Personal data used by membership features follows the collection, use, and protection rules in the Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store processes and stores payment details. The developer cannot see your card number or home address.
To access, export, or delete data, use in-app settings or email the developer.
The anonymous purchase identifier is kept as the Privacy Policy describes, and only to recognize, restore, and bind your purchase.

Material changes come with 7 days of notice.

We may update this agreement when features or the law change, and we publish the update on this page.
If a change materially affects the subscription price or the core benefits, we give at least 7 days of notice on the site or by email.
