We collect these details.
- Account basics include a nickname, an email address, or a third-party sign-in, and we use them only to authenticate you and send service notices.
- Usage data includes device details, how often features are used, and crash logs, so we can improve performance.
- Synced content such as ledger entries, tags, and calendar data is encrypted and then stored in the cloud for use on more than one device.
- The app creates an appAccountToken on the device and stores its hash as ownerKey. Apple supplies the original transaction ID.
- The token is submitted to Apple at purchase and stored on our server so we can recognize, restore, and bind the purchase. It does not include your name or phone number. Renewal status, where it applies, and the verification result are kept so we can sync purchase status and handle support.
We use information for the service.
- We use it to provide and maintain the core features, including stable ledger, reminder, and calendar sync.
- We use it to analyze and improve the product. We do not sell personal data or share an individual's data with a third party for marketing.
- With your permission, we send notices about service changes, feature updates, or security.
- We use it to verify subscription status, support anonymous restore and account binding, and handle support and reconciliation.
We store and protect the data.
- Cloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and sensitive fields are masked.
- Data sits with a provider that meets the compliance bar we require. We back it up and rehearse recovery.
- Access is limited to authorized maintainers, and only when the work requires it.
- The anonymous identity hash (ownerKey) is stored apart from account information, with permission boundaries and audit logs.
You can use these rights.
- You can view, export, or delete ledger entries and account information in GBalance at any time.
- To withdraw consent or close an account, use in-app settings or contact the developer.
- Questions about this policy can be sent to support@gbalance.gunlabs.cn.
- After you sign in, you can bind an anonymous subscription to the account, or ask us to delete an unbound anonymous identifier. We will tell you how that request is progressing.
The website records visits.
- Purpose: we look at page visits to improve the site and to do basic access protection. We do not sell this data, and we do not give it to unrelated third parties.
- Basis: this policy describes that processing. If you keep visiting the site, you agree that we process these visit records as described here.
- This site counts visits on the developer's own server api.gunlabs.cn. The records include the page path (including URL parameters), the referring page, a random session id in browser localStorage (not a cookie), and button or link clicks. The server also records the IP address and User-Agent. These records are not used for advertising.
- Retention: visit data stays on that server and is not deleted automatically. If you write and ask us to delete it, we delete the records we can tie to that visit. Clearing site data in the browser only resets the local session id. It does not delete records already stored on the server.
- Safeguards: visit data is sent over HTTPS, and only the developer can view it in the admin console.
- Your rights: you can email support@gbalance.gunlabs.cn and ask us to look up or delete records tied to these visits.
